Essential Restorative Support Program

The Essential Restorative Support Program provides financial assistance for 3D nipple and areola tattoos, the final phase of breast reconstruction, for patients diagnosed with breast cancer or a genetic mutation who live in Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Grants may be awarded to cover part of the cost or the entire cost and the amount awarded will depend on each individual circumstance. Payment will be made directly to the provider. We cannot reimburse for restorative tattooing that has already occurred.

Eligibility

Diagnosed with breast cancer or a genetic mutation.
Medically cleared by plastic surgeon for nipple and areola tattoos within the next six months.
Located in South Florida, residing in Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward or Palm Beach counties.
Demonstrates financial hardship.

Grant Process

Submit application online or via mail or send an email to schedule a phone interview.
Applications will be reviewed by a committee.
Decisions will be made once all information is submitted and may take several weeks for notification.
Payments will be made directly to the provider.

Grants are available to breast reconstruction patients who live in Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. This program is intended to help those who are facing financial hardship, but there are no specific income limitations.
